It is an accounting, built from the statements
Fiduciary accounting is the accounting prepared for an estate, trust, or conservatorship. Autonomi Books rebuilds it from the bank and brokerage statements. A licensed CPA reviews the file before it reaches you. The diagnostic is $499, and it credits toward the reconstruction if you move forward.
This is not a bank product and it is not a law-firm trust account used to hold client funds. If you are looking for that, this is the wrong page. If you are preparing an accounting because an estate or a trust has to report what came in and what went out, start at estate, trust, and fiduciary accounting.
What the work actually is
Someone has to turn statements into a set of books the accounting can sit on. Receipts, disbursements, and what is still on hand should tie to those statements for the period. If a number cannot be tied, it belongs on an exceptions list. It does not get estimated into the total.
We prepare the books and the accounting in the format you specify. We do not give legal advice. We do not appear in court. We do not contact the IRS. Your attorney, and the court if one is involved, decide whether the form is the one the matter requires. Confirm that with them. Do not treat this post as the local rule.
Where the format comes from
The schedules change by state. We publish sample formats, with fictitious figures, so you can see the shape before you send a real file. Start with the California sample, the Florida sample, or the Wisconsin sample. The figures on those pages are samples. They are not a filed accounting from a real estate.
Use them to see structure. Then confirm the current form with your attorney or the court.
What to send first
Send the bank, brokerage, and card statements for the period, plus whatever is already in the file. Partial records are normal. The diagnostic says what those records support, what is missing, and what it would take to close the gaps. You approve the scope and the price in writing before reconstruction starts.
Schedule a call about one matter. If it is not work we should take, we will say so.
