Your privacy is critically important to us.

Autonomi Solutions LLC (“Autonomi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Autonomi Books, a white-label bookkeeping delivery service for CPA and accounting firms. Autonomi Books is a product of Autonomi. This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website, client portal, and related online properties (collectively, the “Website” or “Service”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide through the Website or when using Autonomi Books. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it to third parties.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which governs use of the Autonomi Books service.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Autonomi collects non-personally identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We use this information to understand how visitors use our Website and to improve our marketing and product experience.

From time to time, Autonomi may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, for example by publishing reports on trends in Website usage. We also collect potentially personally identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in portal users. We disclose logged-in user IP addresses only under the same circumstances described below for personally identifying information.

Certain visitors and customers choose to interact with Autonomi in ways that require us to gather personally identifying information. The amount and type of information depends on the nature of the interaction. For example:

  • Contact and meeting requests: name, email address, firm name, phone number, and message content when you submit our contact form or request a free test.
  • Scheduling: name, email address, and meeting details when you book through our scheduling tools (including Calendly).
  • Account registration: account credentials, firm profile information, and billing contact details for Autonomi Books subscribers and portal users.
  • Support communications: information you provide when you email us or request support.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Autonomi Books, we collect your name and mobile phone number to deliver those messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Bookkeeping and Financial Data

If you use Autonomi Books as a CPA firm or accounting professional, you or your firm may submit client financial records, bank transactions, invoices, and related bookkeeping data (“Customer Data”) in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of Customer Data. We process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, as described in our Terms of Service and any applicable services agreement with your firm. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your clients before submitting their information to Autonomi Books.

The security of your personal information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to External Sites

Our Service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us, for example Autonomi’s website, scheduling providers, or accounting integrations. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy and terms of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, products, or services.

We may use remarketing services to advertise to previous visitors on third-party websites (including Google). This may include showing ads to visitors who did not complete an action on our site, such as submitting a contact form or scheduling a meeting. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on past visits.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page, or opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser cookie settings or an industry opt-out tool where available.

Some of those parties may be located outside your home country; by using our Service, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

Autonomi will not rent or sell personally identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations as described above, Autonomi discloses personally identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Autonomi, our users, third parties, or the public.
